Clay is used to remove deep ground-in dirt and stains without damaging the paint fresh coat. To keep newer cars with clear-coat paint, it’s vital for clay to be used on them. Clay works wonders on models with the new style of paint. Claying can be time consuming but the vehicle will appreciate it in the long run. One way to start is by spraying the areas with spray on detailer then sliding the clay back and forth to make the clay grabs everything it needs. The clay mainly pulls of the dirt and unnecessary particles that the car has on the coat. There’s one major issue: Don’t drop the clay! Not dropping the clay will keep off any dirt that will the scratch the automotive if used. If dropped a new clay will most likely be needed. If bike or car’s finish is in good shape, using a combined polish/wax product will be ideal, and after the finish, if the coat is still looking rough, a double polish/wax is preferred to even out the paint. It’s preferred to do one side of the vehicle at a time so the polish won’t be sitting on too long. After applying the polish to either the right or left side, let it dry then be sure to immediately wipe off the left over
